Family Founded and Community Focused

Three Brothers Landscaping began in April 2024 when three brothers decided to turn a shared goal into a real business. Benjamin, Alexander, and Erich wanted to build something together that reflected their values and gave them a way to serve people in their own community.

The company started with long days, a lot of learning, and a clear promise to do things the right way. Their first project was a small brush clearing job that they expected to complete quickly. It took all day. Instead of treating that moment as a setback, they used it as a lesson in preparation, timing, and persistence.

That first experience still shapes the way they work. They plan carefully, communicate clearly, and keep improving every part of the process from job setup to final cleanup. Their growth has come from hands on experience, better equipment, and a commitment to earning trust one project at a time.

Meet Benjamin, Alexander, and Erich

Benjamin

Benjamin is currently a junior at The Ohio State University pursuing a degree in Civil Engineering. He serves as an E-4 infantryman in the Army National Guard and is pursuing the opportunity to become a Green Beret within Special Forces. Grounded in his Christian faith, Benjamin strives to approach his work, leadership, and service with integrity, discipline, and a strong commitment to others. Alongside his military service and academics, he operates Three Brothers Landscaping with his brothers. He was first introduced to construction and project management through his Eagle Scout project, where he led the construction of two baseball dugouts at Lamuth Middle School. His background in engineering, leadership, and hands-on construction has helped shape the company’s focus on quality workmanship, problem-solving, and continued growth in landscaping, hardscaping, and outdoor construction projects. Outside of his academic, military, and professional responsibilities, Benjamin enjoys playing guitar, rock climbing, and reading. He values activities that challenge both his creativity and discipline, and he enjoys spending time outdoors and continually learning new skills.

Alexander

Alexander is a graduate of Riverside High School and currently serves as an E-4 in the Army National Guard. He is currently attending Ranger School and plans to pursue Special Forces alongside his brother while also working toward his long-term goal of attending United States Military Academy Westpoint. His Christian faith is an important part of his life and influences the way he approaches leadership, service, and personal discipline. He earned the rank of Eagle Scout through a project that involved leading the construction of a pavilion at Lamuth Middle School. Outside of his military service and professional responsibilities, Alex enjoys woodworking, working out, and staying involved in wrestling. A former two-time Western Reserve Conference wrestling champion, he continues to value the discipline, competitiveness, and mental toughness the sport taught him; values that have played a major role in the continued growth of Three Brothers Landscaping.

Erich

Erich is currently a sophomore at Riverside High School where he is involved in wrestling and other school activities. He is a Life Scout in Boy Scouts and, like his brothers before him, is committed to serving his school system and local community through his Eagle Scout project; which will involve building a playground at Riverside High School. Inspired by his older brothers, Erich also plans to serve in the Army once he is old enough, with aspirations of one day becoming a Delta Force operator. Outside of school and work, he enjoys dirt biking and spending time outdoors. His strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and dedication to teamwork have made him an important part of Three Brothers Landscaping as the business continues to grow.

Their shared values, strong family bond, and dedication to hard work help shape the foundation of Three Brothers Landscaping and influence the way they treat customers, manage projects, and work together as a team.

What started as simple yard cleanups has grown into a business that handles lawn maintenance, hardscaping, drainage work, patio and deck projects, retaining walls, and commercial property landscaping. Their equipment, process quality, and job planning continue to improve with each season.
