Terms of Service
Effective Date: June 2026
By requesting services from Three Brothers Landscaping, you agree to the following terms.
Estimates
All estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Pricing is based on site conditions visible at the time of estimate.
Scheduling
Project start dates are estimates and may change due to weather, material availability, equipment issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Property Access
The Client agrees to provide reasonable access to the property and work areas necessary to complete the project.
Materials
The Client agrees to allow Three Brothers Landscaping to deliver and store materials on-site as reasonably necessary throughout the project.
Site Conditions
Hidden conditions including buried debris, utilities, drainage issues, irrigation systems, private utility lines, or other unforeseen conditions may require additional work and charges.
Lawn and Property Disturbance
Landscaping and construction activities may result in temporary disturbance to grass, turf, and surrounding areas. Three Brothers Landscaping will take reasonable steps to minimize disturbance but cannot guarantee the preservation of existing lawn conditions within active work areas.
Payments
Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.
Limitation of Liability
Three Brothers Landscaping shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from services performed.
Warranty
Any warranty offered shall be limited to the specific terms stated in the project proposal or service agreement.
Changes to Work
Additional work requested after project approval may require a change order and additional charges.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.
